Our Services
We work with both manufactured and organic products depending on our customers' needs and provide our own supplies.
We can use either the client's vacuum or our own depending on preference. We have experience with move-outs, spring cleaning, organization, and event preperation. Our specialty is monthly or biweekly deep cleans but can be as frequent or infrequent as a home or facility needs.
A typical deep clean includes the following.
| Upper dusting including light fixtures and ceiling fans | Bed making |
| Spot cleaning or complete washing of windows and walls | Dusting furniture |
| Vacuuming upholstery and carpets | Cleaning mirrors |
| Hand mopping floors | Wiping counters and cabinets |
| Cleaning inside and outside of appliances | Emptying garbage |
| Cleaning sinks, tubs, showers and toilets | Disinfecting knobs, handles, switches and banisters |
| Dusting of baseboards and doors | Laundry if requested (at an additional charge) |
Services we DO NOT provide include washing the outside of skylights, shampooing carpets, and commercial floor waxing.
Payment
We prefer cash or check but can accommodate credit cards if necessary.
Payment is due upon completion of each service visit.
A $25.00 fee will be applied to accounts with cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
